Cancellation Policy

Students can transfer into another class up to the second week of class without penalty (provided there's room) if agreed upon by all parties. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy For Out of Pocket Pay

Before 2 weeks of class starting = 100% Refund
0-2 Weeks before class starting = 80% Refund if dropped; 100% if class fills
1 week after class starting = 50% Refund if dropped; or 100% credit towards another class of equal or lesser value

Cancellation Policy using Charter Funds

Before 2 weeks of class starting = 100% Refund

0-2 Weeks before class starts = Free transfer to another class (of equal or lesser value) during the same session (provided there is space)

and the class is not progressive (i.e. if the class does not need students to be there the first week in order to understand content the following weeks), or a 50% drop fee. If the new class costs more than the original, families are expected to provide a new certificate or pay out of pocket the difference before 50% of the session is complete.

If the new class costs more than the original, families are expected to provide a new certificate or pay out of pocket the difference before 50% of the session is complete.
